Posted on February 4, 2002 The chief of the nonimmigrant visa section in Ciudad Juarez has advised that the post should NOT be contacted after a cancellation of an appointment made through NVARS or the 1-900 number. In addition, the post is unable to provide any clarification of the underlying procedures or policies requiring such cancellations at this time. |
