H-2B Returning Worker Bill Introduced by the House

The bill would be enacted as though it had been enacted in October 2008, meaning it could bring relief to H-2B seasonal employers this year. Many seasonal employers had been struggling since the Save Our Small and Seasonal Businesses Act sunsetted in 2007 because the H-2B cap was met before the employer's season even began.
