Lindsay Mathews is a Legal Assistant at the Mdivani Law Firm. She balances a variety of responsibilities, with full attention to the details, to help ensure a satisfying experience for each client. Lindsay learned to efficiently manage people and paperwork as a Special Education teacher in the Rio Grande Valley, where she served as a Teach for America Corps member for two years before coming to the firm. Additionally, Lindsay became acquainted with the Legal system as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer in Texas.
Lindsay grew up in Overland Park, KS and graduated from The University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s of Arts majors in Spanish and Latin American Studies and minor in History. She studied abroad at La Universidad de Costa Rica, taught English as a Second Language, and learned to speak fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese as a student at KU.
When not hard at work at the Mdivani Law Firm you can usually find Lindsay at play with family and friends and her dog, Lola. Lindsay has a passion for travel, learning, running and reading.
