Samara Nazir practices immigration law with the Mdivani Law Firm. Her areas of practice are Business Immigration Compliance, Work Visas, and Family Immigration Law. She also serves as Director of Training for the firm's training company, I-9Seminars.com.

Samara is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, where she serves on the Missouri Bar Immigration Committee as a Council Member. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resource Management Association of Greater Kansas City. She is also a member of the Asian American Bar Association. Samara serves on the Planning Committee for the Kansas City chapter of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

Samara was born and raised in Kansas. Samara studied law at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law on a Chancellor’s Scholar scholarship. Samara’s undergraduate degree in Journalism and Religious Studies was awarded by the University of Kansas, where she was the recipient of the Meritorious Endowment Scholar award. Samara is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
