Visas for International Personnel
Pat Mack
Pat practices in the area of corporate immigration law. He assists employers with immigration compliance plans, policies and procedures, I-9 audits, E-Verify compliance, and immigration related defense from ICE worksite enforcement investigations. Pat assists his clients with visas for international personnel, investors, and executives, including E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, P, O visas, and employment-based green cards.
Pat received his Juris Doctor degree the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. While at Creighton, Pat clerked for the Executive Office for Immigration Review for the Immigration Judges James Fujimoto, Jack Anderson, and Daniel Morris. Pat participated in a seminar taught by United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Pat served as the president of Creighton’s Business Law Society. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
Pat received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. While at Washburn, Pat served as the president of both the Pre-Law Association and Pi Sigma Alpha. He was also a member of Washburn’s football team.
