El SIN Anuncia Campaña Informativa para la Legalización de Miles Bajo el Acta LIFE.
Se estima que mas de 200 mil personas que residen actualmente en Estados Unidos son elegibles para solicitar su ajuste migratorio bajo una disposición de la Ley de Equidad para las Familias de Inmigrantes Legales (Legal Immigration and Family Equity – LIFE Act). Con esta campaña se espera llegar a todas estas personas con el objeto de informarles que la fecha límite para que inicien su trámite de ajuste migratorio es el próximo 4 de junio de 2003.
INS Campaign Seeks Out Applicants for LIFE Legalization Benefits
The public outreach campaign aims to reach more than 200,000 long-term U.S. residents who are believed to be eligible to apply for legal status under a provision of the Legal Immigration and Family Equity (LIFE) Act. The deadline for filing such applications is June 4, 2003.

U.S. Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela To Cease Visa Processing Temporarily
The U.S. Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela has issued a press release stating it will close nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing until further notice due to the internal crisis there.
