USCIS to Audit 25,000 H-1B Employers

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is set to audit 25,000 H-1B employers in this fiscal year. The USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas sent a letter to a major opponent of the H-1B program, Senator Charles Grassley, announcing this major expansion of the H-1B “anti-fraud” effort by USCIS.
