Immigration Fees To Increase

The USCIS has announced that it will raise the application fees an average of $50 per application effective April 30, 2004. The fingerprinting fee will also increase from $50 to $70. Be sure to check the new fees before filing. An application with an incorrect fee will be rejected by the USCIS.
