H-1B Cap Reached in First Week of Filing

USCIS Announced Today that the Fiscal Year 2009 H-1B Cap has been met. The Master's cap has also been reached. USCIS received over 160,000 H-1B petitions, and over 31,000 Master's Cap petitions. H-1B Cap & Master's Cap Reached
