House Passes Limited 245(i) Extension With New Restriction
May 22, 2001 The House passed a four-month extension of section 245(i) today, adding a restriction that the familial or employment relationship must have existed on or before April 30, 2001.

Senator Brownback objects to DOL's regulations regarding H-1B
