U.S. Senate Introduces Comprehensive Immigration Reform

The U.S. Senate introduced a bipartisan bill for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, which they are calling the "Grand Bargain." It is currently being debated in the Senate, with various amendments being introduced. We will update this site if a bill passes. H-1B Exemption Cap for 2008 Met

On May 4, 2007, USCIS announced that the H-1B cap for professionals holding a master's degrees or higher has been reached for fiscal year 2008. For more information, please click here
TPS has been extended for an additional 18 months for El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Honduras. This allows for current TPS beneficiaries to extend their status and continue living and working in the U.S.
