Kansas "Celebrates Victory for Immigrant Students"

As reported in a press release by El Centro, Inc., Judge Richard Rogers dismissed the lawsuit that challenged the passage of HB2145. HB2145 is a bill that was passed by the Kansas legislature, which allows certain undocumented students to attend participating Kansas public universities and pay in-state tuition. Our congratulations go out to all who helped fight against this law suit and for the rights of children to public education!
