USCIS announced that the U.S. Advanced Degree H-1B cap for foreign nationals with masters degrees was reached on July 26, 2006. Applications received on July 26, 2006, will be subject to the random selection process.

USCIS Extends TPS for El Salvador

USCIS extends TPS to nationals of El Salvador for 12 months. Re-registration begins July 3, 2006 and ends Sept. 1, 2006. Eligible applicants are encouraged to re-register as soon as possible.
