Under 8 CFR 214(o)(3) (iii), the following checklist is helpful in collecting evidence:
ICE's Inspection Results in Criminal Convictions for Shipley Do-Nut, Its President and Managers
As a result of ICE' inspection and subsequent criminal investigation, Shipley Do-Nut will pay $250,000 in fines and will forfeit $1.3 MM to the government. Its President and two managers will pay from $6,000 to $20,000 in fines and are sentenced to six months of probation.
25,000 H-2B Visas Made Avialble by USCIS
On August 7, 2008, USCIS announced that 25,000 H-1B visas had been "recaptured" and are available to employers with approved labor certifications with start dates from April 1, 2009 to October 1, 2009.
