USCIS Announces H-1B Cap Still Not Reached

On September 18, 2009, USCIS announced that approximately 46,000 H-1B visa petitions have been filed and 20,000 advanced degree H-1B petitions have been filed.

State Contractors in KS to Submit IRCA Certificaton

Contractors also agree to include the IRCA Certification in connection with any subcontracts under the State contract.
