Mira Mdivani’s areas of expertise are corporate immigration compliance and work visas.



Immigration compliance: Mira assists employers with immigration compliance plans, policies and procedures, I-9 audits and training, E-Verify compliance for FAR-E Verify federal contractors, and IRCA-related training www.i-9seminars.com.

Employment-Based visas: Mira’s expertise covers investor E-1 and E-2 visa, L-1 visas for executives and management, H-1B and TN professional visas, H-2B visas, P and O visa for performer and athletes, and employment-based green cards.

In addition to practicing, Mira teaches law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law www.law.umkc.edu.

Mira chairs the Immigration Law Committee of the Missouri Bar Association.
