Engineering and Construction Firm Hiring TN Specialty Field Engineer

A U.S. construction firm has a contract to build a stadium. It needs specialty foundation/field engineers. One of the best candidates is a Canadian citizen currently employed at a competitor firm in Canada.

To onboard the Field Engineer to begin working on the U.S. company’s project.
Execution
For certainty and quicker processing at the border, the U.S. employer filed a TN petition with USCIS first. Once approved, the approval and employer border package was sent to the Canadian Engineer, and he promptly applied for a TN entry at the U.S.-Canada border. TN visa was approved and the construction company dispatched the engineer to help with the building the stadium.
Business Goals Achieved
The US construction company was able to onboard the Canadian Engineer within 3 weeks of making the job offer. This helped the U.S. company keep a very important construction project moving in a timely manner.
Rural Hospital hiring a TN Nurse
Business Problem
A rural US hospital is suffering from shortage of Registered Nurses. Hospital identified a qualified nurse in Canada and need to onboard the nurse.
Business Goals
To onboard the nurse as quickly as possible.
Execution
We prepared the hospital’s TN application packet for the Canadian Nurse. The nurse made a TN application at the U.S. Canada land border. Application was approved on the spot.

The U.S. hospital was able to onboard a nurse at a crucial time when U.S. hospitals are understaffed and take care of its patients.
Dairy Farm hiring a TN Veterinarian
Business Problem
U.S. dairy farms are experiencing shortages of veterinarians to care for dairy cows.
Business Goals
To recruit and onboard several veterinarians to take care of dairy cows, to keep cows free of disease, in order to produce quality milk.
Execution
We filed the farm’s TN petitions for veterinarians with USCIS. Once USCIS approved TN petitions, we prepared employer’s TN consular packages and assisted the recruited Mexican veterinarians to schedule TN visa appointments at the U.S. consulate in Mexico, where they applied for TN visas to allow them to enter and begin working for the dairy farm in the U.S..
Business Goals Achieved
The dairy farm was able to provide better care for the cows and increase milk production. The dairy farm experienced less loss of cattle because the additional veterinarians were able to care for the animals and reduce disease and fatalities.
